The band Ibrahim Djo experience is the result of an encounter between French musicians and Ibrahim Djo, a Tuareg guitarist. Ibrahim Djo’s guitar playing is inspired by Tinariwen, Ali Farka Touré and Jimi Hendrix. The other members of the band come from different musical worlds and bring their own influences. With this first album, the Ibrahim Djo experience offers a trip between different styles, from Tuareg traditional music to blues; from rock to jazz.
